We’re now hiring an Attainment and Standards Leader (Head of Year) for an April 2024 start. We’re in search of an Attainment and Standards Leader (Head of Year) who meets the following criteria:

  • Is passionate about improving student’s life chances and can inspire students to be the best they can be.
  • Has a strong background in planning enrichment activities and opportunities for students beyond the classroom.
  • Provide advice and guidance related to careers and progression for their year group.
  • To track and monitor attendance, punctuality and behaviour. Implementing strategies to remove barriers and support individuals.
  • Analyse the performance of students, implement strategies to improve their outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of different interventions.
  • Is research-led and engages in up-to-date educational research to enhance the quality of education provided for students.
  • Has high expectations for all students and is committed to helping them achieve their full potential.
  • Works well collaboratively in terms of strategy, planning, preparation, and development.
