Our reward system recognises and celebrates positive behaviour, effort and achievement, ensuring students feel valued, motivated and proud of their contributions to school life.
Daily Award System and Instant Recognition
Students earn daily reward points for engagement, attendance, punctuality and effort, leading to certificates, celebration assemblies, termly rewards and House points.
Instant Rewards (R1–R5) provide in-the-moment recognition, from verbal praise to Golden Tickets for exceptional contribution.
At Aldersley High School, we believe this approach reinforces positive choices, boosts motivation and self-esteem, promotes consistency across the school, and helps build a culture where high expectations, resilience and personal success are actively encouraged and celebrated.
