Exemplary Leadership Programme
We are proud to be partners of the Exemplary Leadership Programme (ELP). The ELP is a programme carefully designed for school leaders of all settings to build their school leadership knowledge in very specific domains to effect change:
- Establishing and embedding exemplary behaviour and an exemplary school culture.
- Working with subject leaders to develop a knowledge-rich curriculum.
- Ensuring that curriculum is enacted brilliantly, grounded in what we know works and respecting subject disciplines.
